In accordance with the recommendations of Balance Editor, a new calculation of the broadcasting power of stations of alliance networks based on potentials and distances has been implemented. You can find details in the description of the alstation, planetoid and concentrator.

In general, instead of equating the power to the station level, we equated it to the station level * 900 minus the distance from the system to the system where the station is located. The network power will be less will be less farther from the station.

An observation: The change has minor influence to the alliances left from 545, and mainly change the landscape right from 545... hmmmmm!!!!

station price  to level 10 of the a. station before before field reduction ~58 mln vespene
after ~66,5 mln vespene
after changing the range -to get a range of 9,000 from one station (impossible) ~2853 mln vespene (~4900%)
