I found an Energy charge in the debris. What can i do with it. It's now a part of my fleet. It does Not fly on its own, but i can carry it with a craft with a capacity of 100.000. Soi can carry it with my Lurker. But what does it do?

It can be used for item crafting in the Workshop. This is a new feature, so there are not many recipes yet, but we're working on adding more.

You need to send a ship with at least 100k cargo hold along with recyclers. For human that would be colony ship or juggernaut.
