Pirate Spawn/Time to Live, Add time stamp to pirates
Since pirates spawn and exist for 6 hours, add either a TTL (time to live) or Spawn creation time to the pirate info panel.

This is a great idea, I hate having pirates just vanish while my fleet is inbound.

Make things easier, and help us save fuel. So I'd only give it a 35% chance that it will happen. Can't make this too easy for us.

Yeah maybe a hour warning / countdown to try and keep it "balanced".
