Saw the telepathist station in orbit > Completed the contact in free flight > got the briefing

> sent the resources (did not have enough transporters and sent it in 2 batch

nothing happened
sent a bit more in case there is a rounding difference


check fuel consumption of my transporters and sent some more Vespen to cover that
> still nothing... what am i missing?
