Why are scene players / pirates having new player protection applied? This seems counter productive to limit obtaining a PPS to players under 25K points, when typically it is some of the largest players in the game that usually hold these. Is this yet another move in balance we were not told about? Different accounts, different browsers, and still same issue.

You right. Low level pirates has more OPS in space. There are more low level players in the game.

As you grow - it became harder to play. I think it normal for games.

There is nothing to solve, moved to complaints.
