stuck on quest 3

i cant seem to finish quest 3, i'm playing as Xerj and this is what it shows

the thing is, it already gave me 2 guardians and a flaming worm, after that i killed the pirate that was attacking me and the one that appeared on my planets cords and now the quest remains "in process"
how do i complete it?

Same problem, have killed multiple pirates to attempt to complete quest. No Change. please advise

my next guest is: If you beat pirate fleet that is worth 100 stat points or more, you will get their appreciation, acquiring 2nd Agent and a Juggernaut ship from pirates. If you don't want to mess with pirates, you can hire 2nd Agent in Officer section...
What do you think I can do to get this done successfully?

its not that hard as you think. i finished it in one week. first build cruisers.

not needed battlecruisers. with cruisers. about 50 will be enough.
just find pirates around you and watch in simulator if you can win them.
you need at least 100 point pirate.
i suggest in simulation put pirates armor, shield and weapon each to 12
if pirate is xerj (bugs) then i suggest send one fighter first and then cruisers.
xerjs have scourge whos not showing in fleet list. i lost fleet once because of them.
as sample 50 cruisers can easy win 30 corsairs who is about 130 piont. enough.

Listen, you may don't need to build 50 cruisers. just attack a pirate fleet that have a juggernaut. they are easy to kill.
or anyway you can calculate the number of fleet points like 88 fighters about 115 points. shoot it down. you will get juggernaut and +2 level of agent. GOOD LUCK

@Jame and Lord... the first pirate that attacked me came only with 1 Juggernaut and luckily for me I won the fight with defense winning, before I got to the next quest, which says If you beat pirate fleet that is worth 100 stat points or more, you will get their appreciation, acquiring 2nd Agent and a Juggernaut ship from pirates. No ,this is the example, each ship has a certain number of points (88 fighter is more than 100 points), so you attack the pirate who has 88 fighters or 20 fighters and 7 cruisers ...
