A player using 2 or 3 races should not effectivly attack the same active target in a 12-24 hour window with another of his accounts(races). Cous without this 2x stronger player has 3x the chance to deal a cripling blow to another player and ther's a chance that the attacked player cannot recover or do anything other then start a new account.
