4 days unresolved already losing points due too inablity to log in, if restitution is not made to everyone getting slaughtered because of this, my accounts will be deleted well the one i can log into anyway, premium terminated and a definte warning to people all over the world to avoid this game at all costs, you can just keep feeding your few whales till there is nobodly left for them to pick on. everyone who was affected should have been put in vacation mode, but no just keep ignoring your problems they will all go away eventually when you have no players left

Ok got back in because i was inactive for 7 days and got a generated msg to log in witha connection from email tried to change password but it still wants me to log in from face book but it still says thats not working part 2 since i was away so long all of my resources and most of the fleets i had have been destroyed so major loss all i can do is try to rebuild using this wierd way of logging in till they get facebook working
hopefully there will be some sort of compensation for my losses

I am unable to login via the Android app any longer. I always thought I used Facebook initially to login. I am always logged in on my Google Chrome browser via Facebook but not the mobile app. I could not use the mobile app anymore and nobody seemed to be solving the problem so I removed it from my phone. Pretty sure that I will not be using the mobile app again because if I can't login then I can't use it and no one will fix it so I will just have to use my Google Chrome browser whenever I am home. It will not allow you to reset the password because that will reset Facebook's poassword and you can only do that on Facebook

You can set the recovery data or password, and request a password through Remind the password if necessary.
