Features of fleets on hold during Defense, Colonization and Occupation orders :
- Hold of fleets is possible in orders:
Occupation and Colonization - only in low orbit,
Defense - in high and in low orbits.
- the fleet can be sent on another order directly from holding mode (while in low or high orbit)
- if the newbie protection status or diplomacy are changed, and it is impossible to fly into the order, the fleet on hold will automatically interrupt the order and fly back (when changing diplomacy, fleet processing is done once a day at around 6am server time). If a return is impossible due to lack of return coordinates or fuel, the fleet will be moved to a high orbit
- different fleets of the same player, held in the same orbit with the same order, are combined into a single one, taking the starting point from the fleet that arrived on hold earlier; the last fleet to arrive at the defense or occupation of the object will extend the holding time if it is longer than the original time.
- fleet in low orbit with defensive, colonization or occupation orders is not visible on the map of the galaxy and can only be detected by spying on that object.
- another's fleet held in low orbit is visible to the owner of the object in the in-flight fleets
- occupied or defended objects are marked in the owner's Empire tab
- fleet in the occupation, colonization or defense of the object sees all the fleets flying to the object with orders that activate the battle.
- fleet points in holding the fleet are accounted for in shredding the fleet.
- fleet flying by coordinates only remembers its last coordinates and tries to return to them in case of order cancellation or end of holding time.
- you can untie the fleet from the start point by sending the fleet on any order and then cancel the flight.
- end the occupation or colonization by winning a battle with the occupier, using the order Defence.
- fleets in holding engage on the defensive side.
- fleet on hold with defense order in high orbit is visible on the galaxy map to other players
- fleet stuck in high orbit with a defense order can send resources, like sending a Vespene for refueling.
