In order to report bugs or glitches, you can create a new thread instead of writing in the existing threads. Topics with the title Bug, Glitch will not be considered. Try to put a brief description of your problem in the title of the topic. If the problem described above occurred on another account, be sure to specify the account where it occurred.

Observed during normal gameplay.
Description:
Player statuses displayed in the Contacts list are always shown as "Unknown", regardless of whether the player is currently online or offline. This prevents users from determining the actual availability of players from their contact list.
Expected Result:
The Contacts list should display the correct player status (e.g., Online, Offline, Away, etc.) based on the player's current state.
Actual Result:
All players in the Contacts list are displayed with the status "Unknown", including players who are confirmed to be online.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log into the game.
Open the Contacts section.
Add or view a player who is currently online.
Check the player's status in the Contacts list.
Observe that the status is displayed as "Unknown" instead of the correct online status.
Frequency:
100% reproducible.
Impact:
Users cannot determine whether contacts are online, making communication and coordination more difficult.

Contact's online status is only displayed for your allies and only when your rank is assigned “View online status” privilege by your alliance's leadership. This is done intentionally for balance reasons.
