Weak enemies shown in red

I have noticed this twice now but when a weak player's fleet is leaving coordinates it blinks red. I have only seen twice now, both have been on recycling missions https://prnt.sc/ohlk3f . https://prnt.sc/ohlkc0

https://prnt.sc/oincyp saw the same thing happen on my bug account, it does seem only to happen when they leaving from a recycling mission.
